DELIVERY & RETURNS

If you have any questions about your delivery or returns please email stephanie@meandmybloomers.co.uk.

Currently we are sending orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need anything for a specific date please email us and we will do our best to get it there on time for you. We are slowly growing as an online business and really appreciate your patience.

PACKAGING

All packaging is carefully sourced, either from recycled materials or can be recycled and completely plastic free, we recommend you recycle anything you cannot re use.

UK DELIVERY

Orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st class or Evri.

EU & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

EU Delivery £15

ROW Delivery £25

Please note UK VAT will not be charged for any orders outside the UK. You may however be charged your local VAT rate and possibly some custom and admin fees.

RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the item(s) are returned to us, unused with the original labels and packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Please email stephanie@meandmybloomers.co.uk to process your refund request.

Please note that delivery costs of returned items will need to be covered by you. We recommend using a registered and recorded delivery service so that you have proof of dispatch incase the item(s) are lost.

When returning item(s) it is your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.
